The film tells a story of a Moscow-based electronic musician Moa Pillar travelling to Caucasus in the South of Russia - in order to find a way to collaborate with local traditional musicians that represent the tradition that is deeply rooted in the history of the country and its inner struggles. The possibility of a dialogue between century-old traditions and modern culture of millennials is questioned throughout the film. While main protagonist, Fedor, is excited about meeting new people and culture, his local guide Bulat increasingly questions the relevance of a planned experiment.
